Enlightened Tribe App Privacy Policy

Enlightened Tribe, Inc. respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Enlightened Tribe mobile application (“App”).

Information You Provide

The App includes features that allow you to voluntarily contact Enlightened Tribe or request additional information or services. If you choose to contact us, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your communication.

We use this information only to respond to your request, communicate with you, or provide the information or services you requested.

Journal Entries

The App includes a personal journaling feature. Journal entries are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to Enlightened Tribe through the App.

Ayurveda and Dosha Content

The App may provide educational content and self-reflection tools related to Ayurveda, doshas, yoga, meditation, and personal development. These features are intended for educational and self-reflection purposes and are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

Advertising and Purchases

The App does not display third-party advertising and does not sell products or process payments within the App.

Sale of Personal Information

Enlightened Tribe does not sell personal information collected through the App.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information that you voluntarily provide to us. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

Enlightened Tribe does not collect, transmit, or store personal user data on its servers through the App.

Journal entries are stored locally on the user's device and remain there until deleted by the user or until the App and its locally stored data are removed from the device.

Information voluntarily provided when contacting Enlightened Tribe is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, or meet applicable legal requirements.

Data Deletion

Enlightened Tribe does not maintain user accounts or store journal entries or other locally generated App content on its servers.

Users may delete individual journal entries using the App's available journal controls. Users may also remove locally stored App data by uninstalling the App or through applicable device settings.

If you have voluntarily provided personal information to Enlightened Tribe through a contact or information request and would like that information deleted, you may submit a deletion request by emailing nicoleskaggsofficial@gmail.com. Please identify the information you would like deleted so that we can locate and process your request.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and Enlightened Tribe does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or applicable requirements. Any updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
