We start by shifting your nervous system out of “fight/flight/freeze” and into a more regulated state. When the brain calms, the body becomes teachable again.
Therapeutic Yoga + Somatic Work
This is nervous system-informed movement: mobility, breath, strength where you need it, softness where you’ve been gripping. No performance. Real results.
Integration: Mantra Meditation + Breathwork + Rhythm + Identity Tools
We lock it in with practical rituals: mantra meditation, breathwork daily rhythm, nervous system boundaries, and the language work that changes the story you keep reenacting.
